Portfolio Review Session:
Marc has edited portfolios at Photofussion Photographic seminars at the West Palm Beach Photographic Center for many years. as well as 20 years experience in on-deadline News, Fashion and Sports editing. Marc routinely lectures at Nova University School and the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale in all Genres of photography. He has shot, edited and published over a dozen coffee table books on Hall of Fame athletes and celebrities. I have conducted photo workshops in the Turks and Caicos Islands as well as Islamorada in the Florida Keys.
Marc Serota is world renown and an award winning photographer, shooting the biggest news, entertainment and sports stories from 1990-2005 from Super Bowls, the Olympic games, the World Series, the Stanley Cup, the Daytona 500, PGA events around the country, the NBA Finals and the Democratic National Convention to the Academy Awards and the MTV Awards.
He has most recently been contributing to Corbis, the AP, Reuters news agency and Getty Images in mostly the sporting and entertainment world. Marc continues to run his studio in South Florida and shoots for clients like Reebok & Nike. He is a Sports Illustrated & ESPN contributor. Marc’s clients include Nabisco, MTV, Kawai Keyboards, General Mills, the Miami Heat, Florida Panthers, Florida Marlins and
Marc is the official photographer of the National Volleyball League. Nothing is outside his limits.
Marc is a graduate of the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. He often lectures and teaches people of all ages in South Florida. “Nobody get’s anywhere in life without help from others”. Serota is currently teaching fashion and editorial photography workshops in the Turks and Caicos, the Bahamas, the Gulf Coast of Florida and the Florida Keys.
